Refund policy

 RETURNS.


Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the original labels. We do not accept returns of products that are intimate garments, swimwear and hygiene products. If the return is accepted, the product will be exchanged for another product with the same or similar characteristics or the amount paid for it will be refunded.

The consumer and user may return to R.M.BOUTIQUE, free of charge, any product that is defective or that does not conform to the description made within a period of 14 days from the date on which the product was received. To avoid fraud, the company will carefully examine each garment or item before being sent, guaranteeing through photographs and/or videos that the items or garments are packaged correctly.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

-Gift cards.

-Personal care items.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected. If you have already done all of the above and have not yet received your refund, you can contact us by writing to contacto@rmboutique.es

Sale items (if applicable).

Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, indicating the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the defects found. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contacto@rmboutique.es and wait to receive a response from "R.M.BOUTIQUE" before sending your item to: Paseo de las Cumbres. Urb, Las Palmeras Golf II, nº 8, Bajo-B., Lepe, H, 21449, Spain. "R.M.BOUTIQUE" will inform you as soon as possible whether or not to return the product, taking objective account of the nature of the product or the nature of the alleged lack of conformity or defect thereof.

However, "R.M.BOUTIQUE" will not, in any case, be responsible for those products returned without the consumer and user having proceeded in accordance with the process detailed above.

Gifts.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipment.

To return your product, you must mail it to: Paseo de las Cumbres. Urb, Las Palmeras Golf II, nº 8, Bajo-B., Lepe, H, 21449, Spain.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If shipping an item over €50, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
